Wizz Air suspending all flights to and from Lithuania

Wizz Air announced on Sunday it would suspend all flights to and from Lithuania as of Tuesday.

The decision comes in response to the Lithuanian government’s decision to close border to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Passengers will be informed by email about how to claim refunds, the company said.

Lithuania is placed under a two-week quarantine as of Monday. Special measures include strict restrictions on travel, banning public events and closing down all non-essential shops.
