Warsaw: Kremlin’s «imperial policy» endangers Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine

The Speaker of the upper house of the Polish parliament, has stated that Russia’s «imperial policy» endangers Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine.

Polish state broadcaster Radio Poland reported on Tuesday, November 13, that Stanisław Karczewski Polish Senate Speaker, visiting the capital of Lithuania on Monday, addressed MP’s from the three countries had convergent interests and together faced a threat posed by Russia’s policies.



«A shared challenge for Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine is to fend off the threat posed to our relations by Russian provocations,» the Polish senior official evaluated.

Karczewski, who serves as Speaker of the upper house of Polish parliament, paid a two-day visit to Vilnius to attend a meeting of parliamentarians from Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine to discuss issues including security, hybrid threats, military cooperation and energy.
