Unemployment in Latvia down to 6.7% in April

The unemployment level in Latvia declined to 6.7% in April, which is 0.3 percentage points less than the level recorded in March, according to information compiled by Latvia’s State Employment Agency. The unemployment level stood at 8.6% in Lithuania in early May, down 0.6 percentage points from early April but up 0.7% year-on-year, figures from the Lithuanian Labor Exchange show.
