Klaipėda council member delivers appeal in partisan leader’s defamation case

A court in Klaipėda heard the appeal of Viačeslavas Titov, a local councilor who was fined 12,000 euros for the defamation of Lithuania’s anti-Soviet partisan leader, Adolfas Ramanauskas-Vanagas.
