German family finds bullet from Telliskivi shooting in their luggage

A German family who visited Tallinn in June discovered a bullet among their possessions which had been fired in the course of a shooting spree which led to the murder of a taxi driver. Domestic violence seen as a crime more often in Estonia

Last year saw 27,125 registered offenses, up 0.5 percent from the year before. Violent crime was up by 12 percent to 8,249 offenses.
