Swedbank is the most popular brand in Latvia, writes LETA, according to a survey conducted by Kantar Emor. Estonia’s most popular brand is Kalev, and Lithuania’s – Facebook.
In Latvia, further down the list is Samsung, Google, Nike, Maxima, Apple, Youtube, Neste, Audi and Tele2.
In Estonia Kalev was followed by Youtube, ERR, Selver, Google, Swedbank, Farmi Piimatoostus, Telia, Maxima and Facebook.
In Lithuania, meanwhile, Facebook was followed by Lidl, Youtube, Maxima, Google, Samsung, Apple, Swedbank, Gmail and Telia.
In the past ten years, the Latvian top ten brands do not include any local brand, while in Estonia can boast of the largest number of local brands in the top ten list.
The survey on most popular brands in the Baltic states was conducted in April, polling at least 1,000 respondents, aged 15-74, in each country. The survey included 150 different brands. The initial list of brands was composed based on the previous survey.
