Jennifer Lopez, 49, poses nude as she says ‘I’ve taken care of myself and it shows’

Jennifer Lopez posed nude with a green cape covering only her chest and her hand on her backside.

The 49-year-old Second Act star looked flawless.

And she told the December issue of InStyle magazine it’s been a lot of hard work: ‘I’ve taken care of myself and it shows.’

And Jenny-Lo shared some of her tips: she does not drink caffeine, she avoids alcohol and she gets lots of sleep.

Often the siren is in bed by 10 pm.

But even though she weight trains almost every day, she says she still gets pain in the middle of her back.

Lopez also touched on growing up with more curves.

‘In my family, curves were glorified and part of the culture. It was just like, Jennifer has a big butt, and it’s good,’ she said.

She also addressed her Ben Affleck era.

The couple were together from 2002 until 2004 after meeting on the set of Gigli and he was constantly by her side, even co-starring with her in her music video for Jenny From The Block.

When he proposed to the My Love Don’t Cost A Things singer with a pink diamond, fans went berserk and Bennifer was born.

‘It was actually worse then. It was just crazy,’ said the Amor Amor Amor hitmaker.

‘Now at least I can show you who I am a little bit. Back then you just believed anything you read on the cover of a tabloid.

‘Many times it wasn’t true, or it was like a third of the truth.’

The siren looked in top shape in the InStyle December 2018 cover story.

In one image, she has on a dress with her naked side showing.

The Bronx native juggles it all: she sang in Las Vegas, acted on TV with Shades Of Blue and in movies like the new Second Act. And she has a competition show on the air, World Of Dance.

She also has endorsements and fragrances.

And Lopez said it’s natural for her

‘I don’t understand why you can’t be an actress and a singer and dancer as well,’ said the mother of two.

‘Like, that’s how this whole business started. Entertainment! And why can’t you be funny and also be a dramatic actress? OK, some people can’t do both. But if they can, let them!’

As far as American Idol she said it allowed fans to get to know her better.

‘That show was live — everything was in the moment, not edited,’ said the ex of Diddy.

‘So finally people got to see that I was actually a person, someone with a heart. I got to speak for myself for the first time, and that changed everything.’
