Australia has announced it is joining the Tallinn, Estonia-based NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence. Latvian-Russian state border demarcation documents have come to force. 21 April 2018 marked the conclusion of the two countries’ joint border demarcation process that lasted eight years, as reported by Latvia’s Foreign Affairs Ministry’s press-centre. During the demarcation process, officials performed marking of the border line along 283.6 km, 638 border signs were installed. Officials also developed accurate borders for riverbanks and lakes.
