Annual Baltic-Nordic consultations take place in Reykjavik


On 12 March, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Darius Skusevičius took part in the Nordic-Baltic (NB8) Meeting of Secretaries of State in Reykjavik, the capital city of Iceland. The meeting discussed regional co-operation, security, transatlantic relations, Brexit, and other topical items on the international agenda.
The Foreign Vice-Minister D. Skusevičius presented the dynamics of relations with Russia and stressed the need to continue to actively contribute to the development of the Eastern Partnership initiative.

In 2019, the coordinator of the NB8 cooperation is Iceland.
