8 songs head to Lithuania’s Eurovision final

The second national Eurovision semi-final picked four more performers and bands who will compete for the right to represent Lithuania at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

They are joining the four finalists picked last week. In all, Lithuanian televoters and a jury will choose from eight songs at the national Eurovision final on February 15.

The winner will get to represent the country in Rotterdam on May 12–16.

The second semi-final, which aired on LRT on Saturday night, saw eight contestants compete for four tickets to the national final.

The winners were selected by a combined televote and jury score.

In all, 36 performances were competing in Lithuania’s national Eurovision selection, only half of which advanced to two semi-finals.
