Lithuania confirmed 776 new cases of Covid-19 on Wednesday and three more people died of the disease, the National Public Health Centre (NVSC) reported. On October 28 Latvia confirmed 251 new cases of COVID-19, one of the highest daily figures yet recorded, according to the Disease Prevention and Control Center (SPKC).
