Lithuania has reported 99 new cases of Covid-19 on Saturday and 80 on Sunday, according to the country’s health authorities. Saturday’s record figure was also the biggest daily increase of new infections in the Baltic states since the pandemic began. Lawyer Rebenoks victim of murder, say police

Pāvels Rebenoks, a lawyer and until recently an adviser to the former Minister of Economics Ralfs Nemiro (KPV LV), died on Saturday night, in what is believed to be a case of murder, Latvian Television reported September 20. Ten new cases of COVID-19 in Latvia

Ten new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed on September 20, the total in Latvia since the start of the pandemic rising to 1,525 as a result. No new deaths were recorded, with the fatality toll remaining on 36.
