Twenty-six new coronavirus cases were diagnosed in Lithuania over Thursday, the biggest daily increase in months. Thirteen of the cases are linked to an existing cluster in a Kaunas transport company where 21 employees, mostly truck drivers from Uzbekistan, had previously been diagnosed with the virus. Lithuania updates coronavirus travel list, Spain added to blacklist

Lithuania’s Health Ministry has updated its list of countries that are deemed affected by the coronavirus. Restrictions apply to travel from these countries, depending on travelers’ residence status. As of Monday, Lithuanian travelers – including legal residents of Lithuania – from Spain must self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival, while Spanish citizens and legal residents are not allowed to come to Lithuania. Thirteen cases of coronavirus found in Latvia

Officials in Latvia said they had detected 13 new cases of COVID-19 on July 26, with the total number since the start of the pandemic rising to 1,219 on Saturday.  No further fatalities were announced, with the death toll remaining on 31. The Disease Prevention and Control Center (SPKC) said 1,345 tests had been conducted during the previous 24-hour period.  In total 191,070 tests have been carried out since February 29.
