Four new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Lithuania over Thursday, bringing the country’s total count to 1,756, the Health Ministry said on Friday. Seven new coronavirus cases were reported on Saturday and five more on Sunday morning, bringing the total to 1,768 in Lithuania. Four of the new infections were diagnosed in Vilnius county, while one reported in Telšiai, western Lithuania, is believed to have been contracted in Sweden. Latvia recorded no new cases of COVID-19 on June 14, so the 1,097 total number of cases in the country remained unchanged on Sunday. No new fatalities were recorded leavng the death toll at 28.
