Independent Saeima deputy Artuss Kaimiņš confirmed March 21 that he has tested positive for coronavirus. Writing on Twitter he said that from March 17 he started to feel unwell and self-isolated. Latvia reaches total of 124 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 coronavirus in Latvia reached 124 on March 21. A further 13 cases of COVID-19 were confirmed on Latvian territory, raising the total number of cases from 111 on Friday to 124 on Saturday. A person infected with the new  coronavirus   has died in Lithuania, the country’s Ministry of Health said in the early hours of Saturday.
