Estonian hotels found infringing basic fire safety rules

Two-thirds of hotels in Estonia inspected by the Rescue Board (Päästeamet) recently failed to meet fire safety requirements. Nearly 4,000 road traffic accidents in Latvia last year

Updated statistics from the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) show that nearly 4,000 road traffic accidents (RTAs) were recorded in Latvia during the course of 2018. In total 3,975 RTAs were recorded, an increase of exactly one hundred on 2017’s figure of 3,875 and far ahead of 2010’s figure of 3,193 RTAs.
